BRAVO! There's a New Fall Menu for BRAVO!
BRAVO! Executive/Owner Dan Blumenthal, working with Chef Louis LaRose, Sous Chef Austin Ford, and Kitchen Supervisors Charles Ferguson and Karl Gorline, has created a number of new items for the fall which are incorporated in our new menu which can be downloaded by clicking here.
A blackened beef tenderloin salad with arugula, charcoaled red onions, fresh mozzarella, dried cherries and pine nuts; linguini with oyster mushrooms, chicken, grape tomatoes and spinach in a sherry broth; veal torellaci in a wild mushroom and port wine cream sauce; grilled duck breast with truffled polenta and a calimrya fig & marsala reduction; and a foccacia-gremolata crusted roasted salmon with mashed potatoes and ratatouille are but a few of the new menu items.
A new dessert - an individual chocolate hazlenut praline cake - has been added to the menu alongside the popular torta di ricotta (ricotta cheesecake scented with fresh orange) from the last menu change.
Visit BRAVO! and enjoy these menu items, and a great glass or bottle of wine from our 400+ selection, all at 15% off simply by coming for our Early Bird Fall Dining hours between 5 and 6 p.m. Tuesday - Sunday (we are dark on Mondays).
