There is no limit to the amount of transactions which can be made on a card (up to the card value, that is!)  Our advanced point of sale system will decrement the card balance and provide the user with a receipt showing its current balance.

Au Bon Climat Wine Dinner Monday Nov. 17th

A wine harvest treat!  Jim Clendenen, the winemaker that wine guru Robert Parker hails as having "one of the best wineries in the world" will be in Jackson, at BRAVO! and will host a special Au Bon Climat dinner at Monday night, November 17th at 7 p.m. 
 
Jim's accolades include:

 -- named Winemaker of the Year by Food and Wine Magazine in 2001

-- named Winemaker of the World by Wine Gourmet in 2004

-- name one of the 50 most influential winemakers by Wine and Spirits Magazine

Jim is teaming up with BRAVO! Chef/Owner Dan Blumenthal on a special 5 course meal with matched wines and LOTS of commentary about Au Bon Climat and Jim's winemaking philosophy.

Tasmanian Salmon Gravlax on a pea pancake with braised leek crème fraiche and osetra caviar

Maryland

Blue Crab ravioli in a sweet corn-andouille broth
Baby arugula salad with pears, fresh mozzarella, pancetta and spiced pecans with a champagne vinaigrette
Cherrywood smoked & grilled breast of duck over butternut squash gratin with a dried plum demi-glace
Polenta cake with macerated blueberries and strawberries and mascarpone mousse
