The BRAVO! New Year's Eve celebration is known as a very exclusive and intimate evening.
The creative cuisine of BRAVO! Chef Louis LaRose will once again be featured via an outstanding 6-course prix fixe menu:
Amuse Bouche - foie gras, fig aspic, edamame, white truffle, shiitake confit, farmhouse cracker Fudge farms pork 3-way, spiced onion, sweet potato Golden tile fish, fresh spinach papardelle, lobster, roasted corn-tomato-herb broth Baby artichoke, heart of palm, roasted grape tomato, spanish olives, spiced pecans, aged balsamic & basil oil Sweet lemon pound cake, orange mint whip, white chocolate crème anglais
Gnocchi, roasted onion veloute, candied wild boar bacon
Only two seatings: an early seating @ 6:00 p.m. and a late @ 9:30 p.m.
The late seating includes complimentary champagne, party favors & indoor fireworks at midnight! As always, the Greg Robinson Trio will jazz things up!
$70 per person for the early seating, $90 per person for the late seating.
