Elk Cove Vineyards is one of the oldest and most respected vineyards in the industry. They remain a family owned and operated establishment producing estate wines that rival others from around the world.
Our wine dinner will showcase 6 courses, each paired with a wine produced by Elk Cove. We will be tasting whites, reds, a rosé, and a dessert wine.
The "big boy" of the wines being presented is the 2008 Pinot Noir Reserve.
Elk Cove will only bottle a Reserve during extremely exceptional vintages; only three other Reserve vintages exist. The 2008 Pinot Noir Reserve represents an 8 barrel selection (1%) of Pinot Noir grown by Elk Cove in 2008, and we've got it!
