The Hilly: Tres Chiles liqueur (infused with Serrano, Pablano & Jalapeños), cactus juice liqueur, lemon juice & simple syrup; served on the rocks with a salted rim. A fresh spin on a classic Margarita.

The Aibileen: Luxardo Maraschino liqueur, 360 Mandarin Orange vodka, pineapple & orange juices; shaken & served up. A refreshing summer fruit salad transformed into a delicious martini.

The Skeeter: Root Beer liqueur, 360 Madagascar Vanilla vodka & whipped cream; all three ingredients shaken together & served up. A bold twist on an original concoction. This root beer float isn't for Little Susie.

The Minnie: 360 Double Chocolate vodka, Cookies & Milk gourmet syrup, & a splash of milk; shaken & served on the rocks. This version of cookies & milk makes for a great dessert after the perfect meal @ BRAVO!

Just back from his trip to Oregon wine country, Sommelier Mitchell Earrey is ready to delve deep into some serious Willamette Valley juice with you to find the answer to one question... 

Does Dirt Matter?! 

We will be tasting pinot noirs from Adelsheim, Four Graces, Domaine Drouhin, Elk Cove, Benton Lane, and Erath that was grown in one of the two dominant soil typesin the Willamette Valley of Oregon.

Will the soils affect the wines? Will there be a taste difference? OR, is dirt just dirt?
