So many of our guests know how special and intimate our New Year's Eve celebration is... we have been doing this since opening in 1994, and this year will be our 15th consecutive celebration! New Year's Eve is the one night of the year where we truly pull out all the stops and provide an amazing over-the-top dining experience.
We feature a 6 course prix-fixe meal with two seatings: an early seating at 6 p.m. and a late seating at 9:30 p.m. BRAVO! Chef Louis LaRose has worked feverishly to create a special French-themed menu as follows:
- Amuse Bouche: Devil’s Gulch Rabbit Tenderloin with pea pancake, smashed turnip, choron sauce
- Lobster Mac-n-Cheese Gratin with herb emulsion, sugar roasted wild boar bacon
- Wood oven roasted imperial kobe flat iron strips with brie grits, creole heirloom tomato confit
- Shrimp crusted atlantic cod with home style corn, Brussels sprouts
- Bean Salad of Endive, haricot verts, flageolet, fennel, truffle, vanilla-lemon vinaigrette
- Chocolate tre leches with spiced pecans, sweet potato, basil, coffee caramel glaze
Amuse Bouche is a French term literally translated as “something fun for your mouth”. It is a culinary term which describes a small before meal appetizer “treat”.
BRAVO! Sommelier Kelly Boutwell has matched wines to Louis' menu to provide a closed-loop culinary experience. We will offer the following wine flight that night, pulled from our award winning cellar of over 400 labels.

This is our 15th consecutive New Year's Eve Celebration and for the 15th consecutive year, the Greg Robinson Trio will play in our lounge, providing appropriate music for dining... and dancing!
At midnight, champagne, party favors and indoor fireworks will ring in 2010... and say good bye to 2009. (Will ANYONE be sorry to see this year pass?? Good Grief!)
RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED and must be guaranteed by a credit card. We have a 72 hour cancellation policy. If we are unable to fill your seat with a like sized party from our waiting list, 50% of the cost of the meal for however many reservations were cancelled will be charged to your card. This may seem draconian, but is necessary, given the exclusivity and scarcity of this special night's plans.
The cost of the evening is $70 per person for the 6 p.m. seating and $90 for the 9:30 p.m. seating. The cost is for dinner only. The wine flight, if chosen is $45 per person. The wine flight is completely optional, and guests are welcome, even encouraged, to order from our wine list and/or enjoy the cocktail or other beverage of their choice throughout the evening. BRAVO! has an award winning selection of martinis, cocktails and even non-alcoholic mocktails... something for EVERYONE!
